The staff were all terrific... including the dining staff. Pedro was very helpful in explaining the area to me in English. The staff also tried their very best to assist in English. There was a very helpful young man on the night shift as well, assisting me with the coffee machine. 😊

Location in the best center of the settlement is only one part of the story. The hotel is amazing, clean, cozy, welcoming. Large and spacious rooms. Although we don't like carpets because of the smells that accumulate, here we didn't feel any smell or unpleasant feeling. The staff is professional and kind, they were at our disposal for everything we asked for. In short, an excellent experience in Sintra

We liked the indoor pool (although it could have been warmer). It was very quiet in the nights and it was nice to sit the balcony to enjoy the evening.

Facilities are top notch, people serving you totally amazing, so much smiles, warmth and attention you get, that you start feeling like the most appreciated guest. For the Easter Holliday hotel organized for kids the bouncing castle, table and floor football, animator Lion greeting kids in the morning. The play room is full of slides and equipment for smaller ones. Gym is next level with fantastic views to the park and pool.

Stunning location and hotel. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the staff was very helpful, attentive and friendly. The hotel is historic and beautifully decorated. The views through the windows are breathtaking. The breakfast was very tasty and with a plenty of options. It was my birthday and they offered me a beautiful birthday cake that was very lovely surprise. Thank you!
