After booking, you’ll get a simple form where you can share your day-by-day plan, travel preferences and any questions you want me to cover.

3. I review everything and record your video
I’ll go through your itinerary carefully and talk you through what looks good, what I’d rethink, and where I’d make changes based on real travel experience in Portugal.

What I Need From You

To make this review genuinely useful, you’ll need to send me:

• A day-by-day itinerary, even if it’s still a draft
• Enough detail for me to understand your route, timing and priorities
• A plan covering up to 15 travel days in Portugal (see FAQs for longer trips)

It doesn’t need to be perfect.
It just needs to be clear enough for me to see how your trip is coming together.

A quick note if you’ve used AI planning tools

Please don’t send me pages of possible options, multiple versions of the same day, or a huge AI-generated itinerary you haven’t filtered yet.

I work best from a draft that reflects the trip you’re genuinely thinking of taking, even if you’re still unsure about a few parts.

In other words, I’m reviewing your plan – not every possible version of it.

Will you re-plan my trip for me?

No. This is not a done-for-you planning service.

I’ll review the itinerary you already have and tell you what I’d change, rethink or improve.

This works well if you’ve already made most of the key decisions but want expert feedback before you finalise things. It’s less useful if you’re still trying to work out where to go, how long to stay or how to structure the trip in the first place.

What types of itineraries can you review?

I can review any Portugal itinerary, as long as it’s in a clear day-by-day format and detailed enough for me to follow your route, timing and priorities.

That includes plans you’ve created yourself, adapted from one of my resources, or pieced together using blogs, maps, YouTube videos or AI tools.

If you’ve used AI, please simplify everything first and only send the version you’re actually considering.

What’s included in the review?

• You’ll get a personalised video review of your itinerary, plus answers to the questions you include when you submit your plan.
• I’ll comment on things like pace, flow, logistics, realism and whether your choices make sense for the kind of trip you want to have.
• If there’s something that feels off, I’ll explain why – and where possible, suggest a better way to approach it.

What’s not included?

• Full itinerary creation from scratch.
• In-depth research into alternative destinations, activities, or accommodation.
• Booking of transport, accommodation, or tours.
• Ongoing back-and-forth revisions

This is a one-time review based on the itinerary and questions you submit, so it’s worth sending me the clearest version you have.

How long will it take to get my review?

I aim to send your review within 5 working days of receiving your payment and complete itinerary details.

If you’re travelling soon, it’s best not to leave this too late. The earlier you do it, the more flexibility you’ll usually have to make useful changes.

Is this a live video call?

No. This is a personalised pre-recorded video review, not a live consultation.

That means you can watch it in your own time and revisit it while you refine your plans.

If you want me to answer specific questions, make sure you include them in the submission form.

What if my itinerary is longer than average?

Reviews are priced for itineraries up to 15 full travel days.

If your trip is longer than that, get in touch before booking and I’ll let you know whether I can review it as-is or whether a custom quote would make more sense.

Can you review only part of my trip?

Yes. If you only want feedback on one section of your trip – for example, the Algarve or northern Portugal – that’s absolutely fine.

The review price stays the same because I’m still reviewing the structure, choices and pacing of what you send.

Do I need to follow your suggestions?

Not at all. It’s your trip.

My role is to help you see what’s likely to work well, what may be more awkward than it looks, and where you’ve got better options.

You decide what feels right for you.

Can you review itineraries for other countries?

No. I only offer this for Portugal.

The value of this review comes from local, on-the-ground knowledge, and I wouldn’t want to offer a watered-down version of that for somewhere else.
