- Submit your itinerary: After payment, you’ll be taken to a simple form where you can share your trip details, your preferences and questions, and share your itinerary.
- Get your review: I’ll record a personalised video as I go through your plans, with comments and suggestions based on my years of travel planning expertise.

Will you re-plan my trip for me?
No. The Itinerary Review is not a trip-planning service. My role is to review the itinerary you’ve already created and suggest adjustments, improvements, or potential issues. If you need a trip planned from scratch, have a lot of gaps to fill, or are still undecided as to where to go, what to do or how to get around, please see my Portugal Trip Planning Consultation or Itinerary Design Service.
What types of itineraries can you review?
Any Portugal itinerary, whether you’ve created it yourself or used an online tool or another service. As long as it’s in a clear day-by-day format and detailed enough for me to understand your route, timing, and choices, I can review it.
What’s included in the review?
You’ll receive:
- A personalised video review of your itinerary and answers to your specific questions.
- My feedback on pace, flow, and whether your plans are realistic, based on real travel experience in Portugal.
- Suggestions for improving your experience, taking into account your preferences and avoiding common mistakes to make better use of your time.
What’s not included?
- Full itinerary creation from scratch.
- In-depth research into alternative destinations, activities, or accommodation.
- Booking of transport, accommodation, or tours.
- Multiple revisions – my review is based on the information you submit, so please ensure it’s as complete as possible before sending.
How long will it take to get my review?
I aim to send your review within 5 working days of confirming your complete itinerary and payment.
Is this a live video call?
No. I will record myself reviewing your itinerary using the information you have provided. Any questions you have must be included on the submission form so that I can answer them while recording.
What if my itinerary is longer than average?
Reviews are priced for itineraries up to 15 full travel days. If your trip is longer, please contact me before booking to confirm availability and pricing.
Can you review only part of my trip?
Yes. If you only want feedback on a section of your itinerary (e.g. your time in the Algarve), you can submit just that portion. The price remains the same.
Do I need to follow your suggestions?
Not at all. Your trip is yours to enjoy. My role is to give you an informed perspective so you can decide what works best for you.
Can you review itineraries for other countries?
No. I don’t have the in-depth, on-the-ground knowledge required to give you the same quality of feedback for destinations outside Portugal. Need help with another destination? Get in touch for recommendations.
