Unless I am travelling, my office hours are typically Tuesday to Thursday, 10:00 to 18:00 (Portugal time).
I check email once per day and aim to respond within 48 business hours.

If you have a complaint, I would appreciate the opportunity to resolve it directly. Please contact me by email and explain the issue clearly.
If you wish to submit an official complaint in Portugal, you may do so via the Livro de Reclamações (Complaints Book) system.
