All products sold in the Julie Dawn Fox in Portugal shop are digital products and are delivered online.
No physical items are shipped and no shipping charges apply.
Digital products are delivered via WooCommerce and/or by email and are normally available immediately after purchase.
For PDF products, you will receive a download link on the order confirmation page.
For digital itinerary products, you will receive a link to access your purchase by email using the address provided at checkout.

Refunds & Returns
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of digital products (including PDFs, itineraries, planners and guides) are final and non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by law.
We do not accept returns for digital products.
