All products sold in our shop are digital in nature and delivered online, so shipping is not applicable. No shipping costs will be added to your order.
Products are delivered digitally via WooCommerce and/or by email and are available immediately after purchase. After purchasing PDF products, you will find a link to download your purchase(s) on the order confirmation page. Just click the “Download now” button.
Additionally, and in the case of digital itinerary porducts, a link to access your purchase will be delivered to you via email through the email address you provided in your order.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Due to the digital nature of Julie Dawn Fox in Portugal’s online shop products, all sales of eBooks, checklists, PDFs, digital itineraries, and any other digital product sold in the shop are final. No returns or refunds are possible.
Giftcards purchased inside the shop are non-refundable and non-returnable.
