Once access to a digital product has been provided, the purchase is non-refundable except where required by law.
If you are purchasing from the European Union or United Kingdom, you agree that:
• delivery of digital content begins immediately, and
• you therefore waive your statutory right of withdrawal once access has been provided.
Access and Updates (Digital Products)
Early-bird access to the Portugal Travel Planner includes updates for as long as the Planner remains available online.
Access to digital itineraries and guides includes updates for as long as the specific product remains available online.
Julie Dawn Fox reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue any digital product at any time without obligation to continue providing updates indefinitely.
Terms of Purchase – 1:1 Services (Consultations, Itinerary Review and Itinerary Design)
These terms apply to all one-to-one services provided by Julie Dawn Fox, including travel consultations, itinerary reviews and itinerary design services.
Nature of the Service
Your one-to-one service may be provided in one of the following formats:
A) Consultation or Itinerary Review (advice-only)
Recommendations are based on the information you provide and professional experience. You remain responsible for verifying and booking your own travel arrangements, including availability, prices, schedules, entry requirements and insurance.
B) Itinerary Design (delivered via partner travel agency)
Where you purchase an itinerary design service that is fulfilled in collaboration with a licensed travel agency partner, the agency is responsible for researching live availability and pricing and for handling bookings where this forms part of the agreed scope.
Any bookings are subject to the relevant supplier terms and conditions (for example, airlines, hotels or tour operators) and may change before confirmation.
You remain responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate travel insurance and that you meet passport, visa, health and entry requirements.
Where itinerary design includes booking services, you will be informed of the agency’s role and applicable terms during the process, and payments for travel services may be taken by the agency and/or by travel suppliers rather than by Julie Dawn Fox.
Booking and Payment
Full payment is required in advance to secure a booking for any one-to-one service.
Appointments are delivered online.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may reschedule a booked appointment once with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable.
If Julie Dawn Fox is unable to deliver the service due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
While every effort is made to provide accurate and helpful advice, no guarantee is given that suggested routes, accommodation, activities or travel arrangements will be available, suitable or meet your expectations.
Limitation of Liability (Services)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Julie Dawn Fox shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, cancellation, additional expense or inconvenience suffered as a result of travel decisions made following a consultation, itinerary review or itinerary design service.
This includes (but is not limited to) airline disruption, accommodation issues, transport failures, illness, weather conditions, strikes or acts of third-party suppliers.

By purchasing any digital product or service, you agree that:
