Panorama of Porto in Portugal on a beautiful summer day

Planning your ideal trip to Portugal can be time-consuming and stressful if you do it alone. There is, of course, another way.

Let the insiders do the hard work for you

By using itineraries that have been carefully crafted by local experts, you can avoid the legwork and still have an amazing trip that you will cherish.

I’ve used my extensive knowledge of Portugal travel to design these gorgeous itineraries with you in mind.

They include my favourite essential sights as well as lesser-known destinations and a range of cultural and foodie experiences that you will love.

I’ve worked closely with the travel agency that will be managing your trip to ensure they are logistically feasible and well-paced so that you can make the most of your precious time here.

What does fully managed mean?

Each itinerary is expertly managed by my trusted local partner, a fully licensed travel agency that specialises in boutique cultural and foodie travel in Portugal.

I’ve worked with them for several years so I have absolute confidence in their ability to not only properly book everything and communicate with you clearly and in a timely fashion but also to deal swiftly and helpfully with unexpected issues that can sometimes arise during a trip.

Once you are happy with the itinerary and quote, you will pay them directly for the package. They will take care of the reservations and payments to local suppliers and provide 24-hour on-trip support (by phone or email) so that you can relax, knowing that you are in very capable hands.

Sounds great! What do I have to do?

  1. Start by choosing which Portugal itinerary suits you best and complete the relevant enquiry form(s)
  2. Then consider whether or not you want to extend your trip with a regional ‘add on’ itinerary. If so, please complete the relevant enquiry form.
  3. I will request a no-obligation quote for your dates and preferences and we will take it from there.

Choose a one or two-week programme:

Add one (or more) of these extensions or book it as a short break

This introduction to the Algarve is not just about fabulous beaches. It includes a range of experiences to give you a flavour of the history, culture and varied landscapes within the Algarve region.
Get off the beaten track and see a side of Portugal that most visitors miss. Beginning and ending in Coimbra, you will visit several remote and very different villages
Taste of the Alentejo 3-day itinerary

Discover the charms, history and culture of the verdant and utterly gorgeous Minho region of Northern Portugal including Viana do Castelo, Braga, Guimarães and Ponte de Lima.

What if I need to customise an itinerary?

No problem, if you need to make more than just a couple of tweaks to these ready-made itineraries, we can use my Custom Itinerary Design service to make your trip to Portugal absolutely perfect for you and your companions.
